He is like a prima-dona receiver in the NFL in the mold of Ochocinco or Randy Moss. If you don’t throw the ball his way early he loses interest. When he’s playing well offensively, his defensive intensity rises. Wade needs help! Without Beasley’s offense there is way too much pressure placed on Jermaine O’Neal and his bubble gum knees. Without Garnett, Beasley has no reason not to dominate Glen Davis or Rasheed Wallace. He has superior athleticism and quickness. I think its safe to say that if Beasley doesn’t get at least an efficient 18 points Tuesday, Miami will not win. 2. Play as a team, win as a team. Believe it or not, the Miami Heat are at their best when Wade isn’t dominating the scoring load. Take Saturday for instance. Wade took over at the beginning of the third period scoring nine points in the opening five minutes, giving the Heat a 14-point lead. Tony Allen entering the game wasn’t the sole reason the lead disappeared (Wade attempted one shot in the final seven minutes of the period). Wade’s teammates got so used to watching him do his thing they were removed from the game from a mental stand point and then when he needed them they were flat. I’m not saying that Wade shouldn’t take over at certain parts of the game, but there are a reason five guys play at a time in this game. If you don’t use them you’ll lose them. "My shoulder hurts weally bad Kevin" 3. Play To Win The Game. How stale did the Miami offense look in the last 2o minutes of game one? They were playing not to lose. Play to win! Get after it. Step up! Three things stuck out more than anything else. Miami scored ten points in the fourth quarter, Beasley and Wade combined for 12 of Miami’s 19 turnovers (Miami averaged 13 this year), and they had 13 free throw attempts compared to Boston’s 28 free throw attempts. The good news is every one of those things can be fixed. The free throw differential is troubling because Wade should be attempting 13 on his own. Take the ball to the hole Mr. Beasley and Mr. O’Neal, please. There is no excuse for Miami in game two. “The Big Ticket” has been refunded and Paul Pierce is hurting.
