The Miami Heat made the anticipated announcement Saturday, confirming that
center Chris Bosh will miss the balance of the 2014-15 season due to blood
clots on his lung.
The team said Bosh remains under the care of team physicians at a Baptist
Health Systems Hospital and "is currently resting comfortably."
According to the team, "Chris is OK and his prognosis is good."
