呵呵我蠻喜歡Slay的呀 :)
現在出現一個比較困擾的地方，就是以下這個CBA條文：
b) Beginning with the 1999-2000 Salary Cap Year, any Veteran Free Agent
whose first Season in the NBA was the 1998-99 Season or later (other
than a Veteran Free Agent whose Fourth Year Option was not exercised
), and who will have three (3) or fewer Years of Service as of the
June 30 following the end of the last Season covered by his Player
Contract, will be a Restricted Free Agent
換句話說，以前大家是很習慣第一輪新秀在第五年有一個QO，他們很
有可能成為RFA，但現在(98-99年以後加入的球員)非第一輪，三年資
歷以下都有可能成為RFA，只要球隊提出QO....
而現在問題來了，那，如果擴編選秀（6/23）前，球隊沒有提出QO，
等到最後一週(--6/30)才提出來，那這樣他們算不算是RFA？也就是說，
在擴編選秀上是怎麼認定RFA的？
這問題我現在也不知道答案說.......有哪位大大知道嗎？ @_@
