Mike Vrabel and the New England Patriots are in negotiations on a deal to make him their next head coach. Vrabel was identified as the favorite for the job after they parted ways with Jerod Mayo. Vrabel這段期間，也曾經面試紐約噴射機與芝加哥熊這兩隻球隊。 Vrabel was unexpectedly fired by the Tennessee Titans after the 2023 season and is widely considered one of the top candidates on the market. Vrabel spent a large part of his playing career with the Patriots.
