Players were ranked in part by using such stats as ERA+, K/9, BB/9, H/9, HR/9,
scouting reports and health history. Again, the ranking system isn't as much
about precision then it is about providing an overview of the quality and depth
of a team's starting rotation.
"一般人只看三振" ? 這位板友口中的一般人可能不是很一般吧...
這份評量基本上並不做預測，而是就該隊現有的投手和他們之前所交出的成績所做的評量
所以他的給分不會去考慮Igawa彈回來或者是其他投手成績下修的可能性
而是很單純的就投手現有的成績對每隊的rotation素質和深度做評分
