Robertson said he felt fine and hopes he’ll need just one more bullpen session
before he can get back in a game. That’s a positive for the Yankees.

Dave Robertson (elbow) threw off a mound Tuesday for the first time since
returning from his early September visit with Dr. James Andrews. Robertson
delivered 20 fastballs at about 85 percent strength and reported no pain or
discomfort in his elbow. "I'm really itching to get back in there," he said
shortly after the workout. "Sitting for a long time, I haven't really had to
do that in my career, so I'm ready to get back in there."
