We have only got to the quarter-finals before and this is an interesting task for us. We are always asked the question why we do not do better as with success comes expectation. We have got to get as far as we can in the Champions League. We have played Ajax before and played in a pre-season tournament there a few weeks ago. It is interesting. Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein Arsenal are a hell of a team, but Sparta and Thun I know very little about. Traditionally it is hard to play away at Sparta. Thun are still a closed book, we know nothing about them. But when you survive the qualification rounds by beating [FC] Dynamo Kyiv and Malmo [FF] relatively easily, then you are opponents that should not be underestimated. All in all, I would say it could have been worse, but we certainly must not think we are already there. Ajax coach Danny Blind 這組總之就是大家都以打倒阿森納為目標就是了= =? 而且還承認自己跟Sparta還有Thun不熟...? Sparta主場不好打嗎?(不好意思我也跟他不熟...) Arsenal have been at the top for many years and they have one of the best-ever coaches. Ajax are a better team than our fans think and we cannot underestimate Thun as they qualified in style and eliminated Dynamo Kyiv. It says much about them. Sparta coach Jaroslav Hrebik This is an excellent group with attractive opponents. The first game [against Arsenal] in London should give us some fireworks. We are enormously pleased - some truly incredible games await us. Thun president Kurt Weder Group E AC Milan, PSV Eindhoven, FC Schalke 04, Fenerbahce SK This group is not the best one ever. There are three teams behind us that are pretty much equal and this will probably create some difficulties. It will be curious for us to return to Eindhoven and Istanbul, this gives us a chance to redeem ourselves for what went on in the final last season. Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti Milan are the big favourites, they never have many changes in their squad and they always stay strong. We have made many changes so we have to wait and see how strong we are now. Schalke have grown into one of Germany's top clubs, their performances keep on being good. Fenerbahce are one of my former clubs and, although they have changed a lot since then, they have signed some good players. All in all, a difficult group. PSV coach Guus Hiddink (簡短不負責任翻譯) Hiddink好像很高興跟米蘭分在同一組||| 不過他也知道米蘭陣容沒啥改變但是PSV變了很多所以要"wait and see" 看psv現在到底有多強至於對Schalke好像很悠哉?(雖然稱讚已經變成一隻不錯強球隊...) Fenerbahce則是希老之前待過的地方改變很多XD 結論：難搞的一組 We have probably been handed the toughest group of all. All our opponents have a lot of experience in Europe. Obviously we won't have to deal with the problem of underestimating anyone. We are looking forward to all the matches and every single club in the group has the same chance of reaching the next round. Schalke coach Ralf Rangnick Considering our experience from last season, I believe we can qualify from this group. Nevertheless, I am aware how difficult this is going to be. Milan will be looking to bounce back from last season's disappointment, and are the favourites. On the other hand, there will be a lot of Turkish fans in Germany and the Netherlands to support us. We have been drawn in a tough group but any team can beat another. PSV have a lot of international experience and Schalke are a typical German side.
