PSV striker Mateja Kezman has certainly not lost his ability to find
the back of the net after bagging a brace of goals against Roda JC
in last night's season-opener. However, a third goal would of helped
the Eindhovenaren even more as the Eredivisie Champions were held to
a 2-2 draw in Kerkrade.
Kezman opened the score in the 11th minute, toe punting a Rommendahl
cross in to the corner of the net. Seven minutes before the break,
Yannis Anastasiou drew level with a spot-shot and in the 44th Kevin
Van Dessel gave the home side a 2-1 advantage. 10 minutes after the
break Kezman curled the ball into the far right hand corner with a
beautifully placed shot for the final 2-2 score-line.
