Harper happy with win

Steve Harper felt Newcastle's second leg Uefa Cup tie with Zulte-Waregem
had been a 'no-win' situation.

The Magpies effectively secured their passage to the last 16 with a
convincing 3-1 victory in Belgium last week, and never got out of second gear
as they won the return leg 1-0.
But Harper was just pleased to see his side get the job done and progress
to a meeting with AZ Alkmaar in the last 16.
"We did the job away from home and tonight was a no-win situation - but a
great finish from Obafemi (Martins) won it for us," the goalkeeper told Five.

"When a team come and set themselves up like that it's a big compliment.
"They had 11 men behind the ball and made it hard - we couldn't find a way
through in the first half.
(看來是對手防守不錯，所以才對他們太"仁慈" XDDD)
Harper is now expecting a difficult clash against Dutch side AZ, who
scraped past Fenerbahce on away goals.
"It will be very tough," he predicted.
"They have performed well in the last couple of years - but we are
confident we can progress."
