年僅20歲，就勝任主力的Andy Carroll，於昨日作客曼聯賽後，接受Chronicle的專訪： "Overall, I thought the team did well," 整體來看，我覺得昨天大夥的表現還算可以。 "This was always going to be the toughest game of the season." （對上曼聯）永遠都會是整季最難打的系列賽。 "I had my chance, and I should have put it away, and we had a few other chances as well, and we could have been ahead." 我得到了一些機會，而且真的該好好把球幹進去的，此外隊友們也得到了不少契機，甚至有機會在開賽時就領先。 "I should have scored the first one when Joey put the ball in from a corner. It was a great ball and, on another day, I would have put that in." 喬巴頓傳來的那個角球我真該把它頂進去的！（自責）那球傳得真殺！只可惜運氣似乎不站在我這邊..。 "Obviously we knew it was going to be difficult, and it was. I thought for the first 35 minutes we did well.
