Mitchell應該是要下課囉。下一任候選人Graham Henry是個經驗豐富的老頭。

Henry eyes All Blacks job
Henry joined Auckland as a coach last week
Former British Lions and Wales coach Graham Henry is set to apply for the post
of All Blacks coach after New Zealand's rugby officials decided to advertise
John Mitchell's position.
Mitchell has come under pressure following the team's World Cup semi-final
exit at the hands of Australia and he will have to reapply for the role if he
wants to continue in the job.
Other potential contenders are Auckland Blues coach and former All Blacks
assistant Peter Sloane, former Auckland NPC coach Wayne Pivac and Mitchell's
assistant Robbie Deans.
"This opportunity has got me excited," said Henry, who was last week appointed
the Auckland National Provincial Championship coach for the next two seasons.
He added that the possibility of coaching the All Blacks had been something he
"held dear for a long, long time and I'd love to do it".
New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRFU) chairman Jock Hobbs said the decision to
reopen applications had been taken before the quarter-finals.
"All interested parties, including John Mitchell, are invited to make
applications for the position," said Hobbs.
"The board believes that it is necessary to conduct an open and transparent
process to ensure that the best possible candidate is appointed to this most
important position."
NZRU chief executive Chris Moller said there were "a number of areas of
improvement required" if Mitchell was to retain his job.
A three-man panel comprising Moller, NZRU director Mike Eagle and vice-
president John Graham would oversee the selection process, with a final
decision taken by the union's full board.
Hobbs said he expected Mitchell to reapply and added that the NZRU aimed to
have the selection process completed by the end of the year.
"Obviously, we are extremely disappointed that we haven't won the World Cup,
" said Hobbs, a former New Zealand captain. "It was our number one priority
for the year."
Hobbs said the NZRU would be standing by its policy of refusing to consider
foreign coaches for the All Blacks job.
