- Nickoloz, are you going to change the club in close future?
- Everything depends on Denver Nuggets. As for me, I have already decided to
leave the club. I was seldom given the chance to play last season, now they
have Kenyon Martin and it will be much difficult for me to get to the team's
roster. Besides, my relationship with our coach Jeff Bzdelik is far from
cordial. He isn't really fond of me.
- Which team is most possible for you to play in?
- As I played well during the Summer League, several clubs got interested in me
. I won't perish if I leave Denver, you know. At the moment four clubs are
being most active. These are: Washington Wizards, Charlotte Bobcats, Atlanta
Hawks and Phoenix Suns. I want to go to the club where I'll have best
opportunity to play.
- We hope you'll be able to solve all your problems till September 11, when the
national team is due to play with Finland.
- I hope so. Whatever happens I'll be at the team meeting on September 1. We
must have the team that could beat not only Finland but also European big guns.
