Danny Granger sliced open a finger on his shooting hand during Tuesday's
game. He returned after getting it bandaged, only to bang his elbow later in
the quarter.
"Hopefully I'll be alright," Granger said. His shot might suffer because of
these injuries -- the Pacers play on Wednesday, so we won't have to wait long
to find out.
