Veteran Jeff Foster also isn't going all out after having back surgery last season. "There's no use in going all out right now," Bird said. "He'll be in shape. I know how hard it is to sit out a whole year and come back. It takes time. Point guard A.J. Price is back on the court. "It's going to be a challenge for him to be 100 percent for training camp," Bird said. "He's looked pretty good, but he's not 100 percent.
