另外補充,總管和整個醫療團隊都不認為體重是這次受傷的原因,他們覺得Zion的體態
很好,所以不會以減重為目標,而是如上面所說的強化核心和出力方式。最經典的例子
就是Stephen Curry,前期扭傷不斷,也是做了許多調整和身體的強化才改善。
