O'neal is the most dominant player in the game, that

however, I think Penny helps O'neal to understand the game better and
makes O'neal evolve into a team player.
Of course Penny likes to play with O'neal as he always said, but the thing
here is NOT like what O'neal said. Don't forget the year after O'neal left
Orlando, Penny helped an almost unknown center, "Saekley" to become a
18,10 player! I remember some reporters even ranked him as the 6th best center
just behind the great 4 and mourning!
But at the same time, O'neal didn't help kobe or Jones jump into next level!
I think O'neal never appreciates his teammates. And to put Penny in this case,
it really sux!
