In Seattle, I was doing a simulcast on TV and radio there. I learned things like how to talk into the camera, broadcast fundamentals. You need to be very concise and organized in your thoughts and delivery. You can't over-prepare, that's actually a bad thing. I've really enjoyed this year, being away from coaching. It gives you a different spatial perspective. You notice that you don't see a lot of happy coaches' faces in the NBA. Don't get me wrong, I love what Boston has done. But the "Detroit Four" -- Chauncey (Billups), Rip (Hamilton), Tayshaun (Prince) and Rasheed (Wallace) -- are going to make the difference. It's a dynamic group with great experience, and that's why I have a strong belief they're coming out of the East. I have special feelings about three of those guys.
