2009 Draft: Fall Positional Rankings (Third Base)

Our Top 15 3B have some higher-ceiling talents than the 1B group, though there
are a handful that could end up at 1B when all is said and done (particularly
Boyd and Kreuter). Chris Dominguez could be an interesting player to watch
this Spring, particularly if he’s able to square-up on the ball more
consistently -- ditto Mendonca. Dominguez also has an argument for the best
arm of the group, though Heller edges him out ever so slightly. Davidson is
the only 3Ber that we currently project as a top-half of the 1st round
talent, but several others (particularly Borchering) have that kind of
upside. On to the list:
