Victor Santos: Pitching & Defense
Santos throws hard, in the low 90s, and his fastball has good life.
He also has a respectable split-finger pitch.
His command, however, is inconsistent.
As a result, he tends to be either very good or very bad.
There seems to be no in-between.
Santos hides the ball well during his delivery and is much tougher against
righthanded hitters than he is against lefthanders.
