SURPRISE, Ariz. - The results of an MRI exam on LHP Derek Holland's right
knee showed no tear of the ligament and only a mild sprain.
According to assistant general manager Thad Levine, the report from Dr. Keith
Meister was "as positive as it could be." Holland was to return to some
baseball activities Tuesday and will begin throwing again, though he is not
yet scheduled to return to the mound. A target date for his return to the
mound has not yet been determined. When he does return to the mound, the
Rangers will likely have a better idea how far behind he may be.
"I feel fine," Holland said. "But it's just great to get the results back and
not have to worry about anything. "

報告中顯示沒有傷到韌帶只是些微的扭傷，禮拜四將恢復簡單棒球訓練並開始傳接球，
不過下次的登板練投時間還沒決定。
