Hamilton記者會上所發表的一些言論還算滿懇摯的

他說他覺得回到條子像回到家
"I'm excited to be back home."
"When it was made clear to me the Angels wanted to move me, my first choice
was the Rangers," Hamilton said. "I have a lot of good memories here. Looking
back on it, if I could change the past, I would have stayed here."
說當天使確定要把他弄走時 他第一個想到的球隊就是條子
如果回到當初 他寧願選擇留在這
當然啦 這段我覺得唬爛的成分偏多一點
畢竟都回到這裡了 不然能怎麼說呢？
對於過去離開時他對德州球迷所做的評論
他則表示
"I've said some dumb things and I'll continue to say dumb things. I'm not
clarifying all the things I've said. I just want to let the fans know I'm
back home, and I am going to give everything I've got just like before."
我曾經說過一些蠢話 而我未來還是有可能繼續說這些蠢話

"I'm taking it back to 2012 and the guys that I need to have around me. Your
environment has something to do with it, if you're comfortable and relaxed
and still feel like you're at home, that's important."
對於天使 他感覺有些許愧疚
Hamilton said that if the Angels wanted him back, he would have been
with them in Spring Training and playing again now.
"I haven't been the player they wanted me to be, but I have worked my butt
off to be that player," Hamilton said. "I had some unfortunate injuries. I'm
doing my best to eliminate distractions and be the best player I can be. I
don't feel I have anything to prove to anybody. But as a player and athlete,
I want to play as long as I can."

另外 說到球迷的反應
就像Hamilton自己說的
"It's got to be better than my first game back with the Angels," he said.

比起第一次跟著天使回到阿靈頓
現在噓他的人已經少很多了
儘管依舊有許多人在網路上或噓或酸
其中真正的條子迷雖也不知有多少
但相信大部分的球迷應該都是抱持著一種不得不如此的心情迎接Hamilton的歸來
就如同jet113102在推文中所提到的
Hamilton真的只需要幾場好的表現 就能夠獲得球迷的原諒
這種矛盾的心情其實很好理解
因為即使Hamilton曾經用言語傷害過這裡的球迷
在他所待的那幾年的德州遊騎兵隊
所創造出來的那些回憶及畫面 卻是所有遊騎兵球迷和球員們等一起共有的美好過去!!!
看完各方反應後
我們回到這個交易上
看來天使還真的是欲除之而後快
根據目前最新的情報
天使願意出剩餘83M的63M
條子只需出6M
而Hamilton本人要付給天使14M
也就是說Hamilton要給付的不僅僅是之前所傳加州的稅率而已
他還要償還一些合約的金額給天使(還真的自費回條子...)
有些網友質疑天使願意吃這麼多是否另有隱情
我想這些網友們應該不必費心
從春訓前的一連串事情後 天使就已經處心積慮想弄走Hamilton了
這之後 從這則情報我們可以得知
天使要送走Hamilton 非條子不可
因為除了條子 Hamilton未必會同意自費抵一部分的薪資...
也就是說除了條子 Hamilton是不打算去其他球隊的...
如果這個情報屬實
那條子這三年平均只要付2M給Hamilton
這可以看成平白擁有一隻具三年仲裁資格 勉強能夠先發的野手
如果你沒有頭緒的話
給你一個參照
今年Mitch Moreland的薪資接近3M
(題外話 今年Moreland到目前的表現還滿不錯的 :目)
而依據以往的經驗和成績來看
如果Hamilton正常發揮
他要天天先發應該不是什麼太難的事
因此這筆交易對條子來說應該只有賺而幾乎不賠的
唯一的改變就是為了清出40人名單 Nick Tepesch被轉到了60天DL
此外 在這個時間點引進Hamilton
個人認為對於條子來說是一個蠻好的時機
條子目前多需要攻擊火力就不說了
因為肩膀的手術 Hamilton必須休息到下個月中左右才會開始出賽
這段期間他可以不必煩心球場上的表現
專心養傷 復原 對於調整自己的私生活和心態回軌道是一個很好的機會
而目前的Hamilton也正專注於此

包括跟老婆離婚 濫用藥物及酒精 女兒監護權等等問題
他也重組了自己的支持團隊
條子方面也會給予他很大的幫助及措施

老實說 身為一個遊騎兵的球迷
這次的交易我真的沒有太多的心情起伏
Hamilton曾經是我喜愛的球員之一
在他發表了那些言論之後我也並沒有因此就討厭他
只是當下感到很震驚...
後來又發生這許多事情 不勝唏噓的感覺完全勝過了其他負面情感
這次Hamilton回來 我並沒有感到開心或不開心
也沒有對他的成績抱有太多的期待
只是希望他能夠好好利用這次機會
將自己生活調整回來 再回到球場上
如果棒球真的是他的最愛
我希望他這次會緊緊抓住
因為不是所有的人都這麼幸運有這第二次自改的機會
