Say Team A uses their $5 mil TPE to make a deal 2 months later with Team C,
where they trade a $2 mil player for a $3.5mil player. This deal would
normally not be allowed, but Team A's exception allows them to absorb the
$3.5 mil player for nothing, then trade the $2 mil player to the other team
who now has a $3.5 mil exception from the other side of the deal. They are
then left with a $1.5 mil TPE.

所以應該是:
2.One team does not trade a TPE to another team. A TPE may be used and then
another is created, but they don't actually trade the original one.
暴龍不能單純將TPE交易到別隊，只能搭配球員交易使用
例如：Team A兩個月後和Team C談交易 Team A想拿 2M的球員換Team C 3.5M的球員
薪資不對等無法完成交易時，TPE就可派上用場
Team A可吸收Team C的3.5M 球員(如步驟1)
並送出2M的球員給有3.5M TPE的隊伍以完成交易
Team A <=====> Team C
得到C隊的3.5M的球員 產生3.5M TPE
得到A隊的2M球員
剩下1.5MTPE 剩下1.5M TPE
