[問題] 請教養生的休閒跑量大概需要多少 ??

不是專業跑者 或是玩家
單純是想運動
請教養生 不傷身 又可以訓練基本體能的跑量
大概會抓多少呀
因為現在當上班族 有時候辦公室待久了
常常會覺得雙腿沒力 體能下滑
自己覺得是基本體能 肌力 腿力的問題
雙腿又是健康之本
就覺得應該要跑步訓練 來維持健康
我自己是抓一周跑兩次 沒時間也一次 一次大概3K
是以當兵時候的標準來看
我知道對跑友來講只是熱身 有點遜
但小弟單純是想抓維持體能的量就好
跑完不會累 不會影響上班 又可以強化腿力這樣
自己當兵的時候
是覺得當時的下盤力量算足堪使用 不管是當兵中或是放假打球運動
我同事也有在跑 他也認為兩周沒跑 腿力就會很明顯下滑
他是一週跑二至四次 一次5K
所以想請教一下 單純跑健康的
大概抓多少量會比較推薦
