[問題] 跑步要進步該練深蹲嗎?
疑問如同我的標題
因為深蹲練的對,肯定是會讓大腿跟屁股變大吧
那麼在這樣的前提下,大腿跟屁股變大對於跑步是有幫助的嗎?
請問深蹲對於跑步是助力還是阻力呢?
因為看菁英跑者他們似乎腿都很細,屁股也不大
實在不知道能不能練深蹲
