BYC(Base Year Compensation)是指因超過薪資上限 而使用大鳥或早鳥條款 所簽下
合約的(RJ是大鳥條款)
RJ 符合BYC資格 所以他的交易價值只有前一年合約或新約第一年的一半 取其高者
(我是不知道RJ 前一年合約是多少 看起來描述是後者比較高)
