Rockies placed outfielder Preston Wilson on the 15-day disabled
list, retroactive to April 13, with a meniscus tear in his left
knee.
Players can often return from a torn meniscus in a month or so,
but it doesn't sound like that's all there is to Wilson's injury.
Asked if he was confident of returning this season, Wilson said,
"I think so. But you never know."
