With Todd Helton's recent move to the two-spot in the batting order,
Hurdle pointed out that the Rockies are already moving away from they
bunt-heavy offensive approach.
"Maybe less bunting, more running, more hit and running," Hurdle said.
"We're running more and with a little more success ratio. And we've put in
the hit-and-run more. Maybe [trade] one [tactic] for the other."
The Rockies attempted three steals on Friday night, succeeding once --
Jamey Carroll's 10th -- for a total of 50 stolen bases entering Saturday's
play.
