Optioned 1B Lance Niekro to Triple-A Fresno, purchased the contract of 1B
Chad Santos from Fresno and transferred C Mike Matheny from the 15-day
disabled list to the 60-day disabled list.
Niekro 今年表現不好加上一直受傷是很蠻讓人失望的，不過我們 call up 的是
Chad Santos，一個在 AAA 只打出 .263/.307/.434 的人，最好是不要看到他在
我們的先發 lineup 上。Niekro 趕快在 AAA 把狀況調整好，趕快上來吧。雖然
沒啥好期待的，不過絕對會比 Santos 好...
