McGrady, Houston's third-leading scorer, was hurt in Thursday's practice. McGrady had played the last three games after missing the previous six with soreness in his left knee, an issue that's kept him out of 16 games this season. Houston coach Rick Adelman said McGrady was "day to day." The Rockets next play Chicago on Tuesday. "He won't play today and we'll see what he feels like after today," Adelman said. "There's nothing on the X-rays, so it's going to be a day-to-day situation, I guess." Ten Rockets players have sat out 98 games this season.
