先說我的理解不一定對喔。
bells and whistles是厘語，意思是「裝飾品」
（就是那種有也好，沒有也不影響的那種）
這兩段一起看比較好懂：
"We’re not trying to add a whole lot of bells and whistles,” Presti said
during his 34-minute address.
這一段直翻是說我們並不是要增加很多的裝飾品。
"We can’t let emotion drive our decisions. We haven’t done that in the past
in times of adversity, and I don’t see us letting that happen this summer
coming off a season where we’ve had a step in the right direction.
第二段他說決策不可以被感情所左右，我們以前不會這樣做，今年夏天也不會，我們不會
讓球隊走偏了今年建立起的正確的方向。
綜合起來，這句話其實簡單說就是：暑假不會亂花錢。
