Lopez set for audition with Wolves The Timberwolves won't waste much time bringing draft candidates to town once the NBA's pre-draft camp in Orlando ends today. Stanford sophomore center Brook Lopez said Minneapolis is the first stop on his tour of NBA cities. Lopez, a 7-footer whom the Wolves could pair beside blossoming star Al Jefferson, would fill the Wolves' biggest need if they select him third overall in the June 26 draft after Chicago and Miami choose, in either order, Kansas State's Michael Beasley and Memphis' Derrick Rose. Lopez is expected to fly into Minnesota Monday evening for interviews and a Target Center workout on Tuesday, the first day teams can work out prospects individually. "I'd really like to play with Al Jefferson," said Lopez, who isn't playing in the Orlando camp but will be measured and tested today along with more than a dozen other players projected as top draft picks. "He looks like he's going to be a superstar within a couple of years. I'd definitely like to go in there and do whatever is necessary to help them win."
