http://www.twincities.com/timberwolves/ci_14429093 今天的焦點還是在新成員 Milicic 身上。交易截止日已過，灰狼隊得到唯一一名球員 --- 03梯榜眼 Milicic 。當年在選秀會前夕，他被視為是擁有獨特投射能力和傳球技巧的全方位長人。經歷了多次的轉隊，當年的風光不在。06年被交易至魔術隊後，他被選秀專家們貼上十年來最糟選秀的標籤。 Kahn 已經與 Milicic 在紐約會面過，這名七呎中鋒在言談過程中少有笑容，似乎早已認為沒有任何一支 NBA 球隊可以給他發揮的空間。Kahn 轉述當時的情況，他能感受到 Milicic 的沮喪，信心在最低點。 "He sounded like a guy who has had a traumatic NBA career. He was visibly frustrated. He told me his confidence was quite low. This guy has had a different type of experience in the league."
