最終男子選手在三輪結束後全數落敗，
John Isner連續兩場五盤大戰也是本屆賽會一大話題。
女將方面則表現傑出！
除了領頭的奪冠大熱門Serena外，
Jaime Hampton, Bethanie Mattek-Sands和SLoane Stephens都打落大種子晉級到16強，
加上前兩輪也有亮眼表現的Madison Keys等，
算是看到美國網壇的一些希望。
