AD's Number Going Up

The Utah Jazz announced Thursday that they will be retiring
Adrian Dantley's number at halftime on April 11th as the Jazz
face the Denver Nuggets.
"Adrian was an important building block in the foundation of the
Jazz's playoff dynasty that lasted 20 years," said Larry H. Miller
in a press release. "He is part of the legacy of this franchise
and we are pleased to retire his jersey."
Dantley is currently in his fourth season as an assistant coach
with the Nuggets.
This ceremony comes after much criticism of Larry H. Miller over
the years as some report that Larry and Dantley didn't get along.
Some would argue that Jeff Hornacek's career and contribution to
the Jazz wasn't up to the same level as what Dantley accomplished
in the 80s.
