A Warren County grand jury indicted Snyder on aggravated burglary, assault and felonious assault charges. Snyder was arrested at his home March 30 after a woman told sheriff's officers that he broke into her house and attacked her husband. Snyder pleaded not guilty the following day in Mason Municipal Court and remans in jail on $500,000 bond. The indictment released Monday transfers the case to state court. Snyder was the 16th player taken in the 2004 NBA draft.
