"I can stay strong and be small," Miles said. "It's just losing anything I don't need." Miles will continue to get in good shape by working out in the U.S. and reportedly he won't look at overseas options unless the NBA season is cancelled. ---- The Utah Jazz exercised their $3.7 million option on C.J. Miles for the 2011-12 season prior to July 1, which is what the swingman wanted to happen. Miles wants to show the team they were right for keeping him and that's why he has spent a lot of time working out during the offseason. According to The Salt Lake Tribune, Miles looks a lot slimmer than what he looked like in April. His listed weight last season was 232 pounds.
