[爆料] Kanter & Burks in P3
有一陣子的消息了
Kanter跟Burks目前都在運動科學訓練中心P3練習

其中關於Kanter的部份,有一段P3的官方留言很值得關注
(不過果然是運動科學,有些術語真是不懂,就試著翻翻看,有問題請指正):

Just finished taking Utah Jazz big man Enes Kanter through
his initial assessment at P3.
我們剛剛做完阿坎的初步評估。
Enes is an absolute beast, and at age 20 already one of the
strongest NBA players that we have tested.
阿坎超猛,才20歲卻是我們測試過最強壯的NBA球員之一。
His lower extremity bilateral force characteristics are very
symmetrical in dynamic movement....
在動態運動中,阿坎下肢的雙邊平衡力量十分對稱......
Enes takes too long to reach peak force and needs to improve
his hip extension, lower extremity power/acceleration and
eccentric adaptation.
但阿坎發揮最大力量所需的時間過長,並且需要改善臀部延展性、
下肢力量/加速、以及重心偏移時的調整動作
關於臀部延展性,似乎是一個訓練動作 可參考這個網頁第二個圖:

He also reaches instead of drives when accelerating in all
planes.
此外,在進行各剖面的加速運動時,阿坎會用(身體一部份)去搆、而非全身到位
