John Wall, Wizards Nearing Deal On $80M Max Extension

John Wall and the Washington Wizards are nearing completion on a five-year,
$80 million contract extension.
Wall would become the Wizards' designated franchise player to receive a
fifth year on his extension.
Wall was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft.
Wall averaged 18.5 points and 7.6 assists last season.
