大家知道 FIFA 是多麼有彈性, 多麼會變化原則, 多麼會自圓其說嗎? 由於附加賽 "上帝之手" 的事件之後, FIFA承受了巨大的壓力與反彈很合理的不需要給法國隊太多好處, 是否藉著種子的安排, 多少想平息民怨??? 爽到荷蘭的同時, 法國隊當然也不敢對這安排有什麼反對意見能撿到門票就不錯了, 還嫌位子不好咧!!! 當然FIFA官方是不會承認上述的猜測且看 Goal.com 的新聞連結 http://tinyurl.com/ye993l3 摘錄秘書長 Jerome Valcke 對記者的談話 "In the past the seedings have been determined by a mixture of world rankings and performances in past World Cups but this time the feeling was the October rankings most closely represented the best teams in the tournament," said Valcke to reporters.
