這一期SI(運動畫刊)中的一則花絮
"Even though Rockets Center Yao Ming hasn't played since having
surgery on his left foot last July, he still would have been a
likely All-Star starter due to the large number of votes cast in China.
Not wanting to risk receiving an honor he didn't deserve, Yao - who's been
chosen as a starter in each of his seven seasons - called the league before
the season and asked that he be removed from the ballot"
姚明覺得他整季報銷不該進明星賽
擔心還是被大陸球迷投票進去(一定的吧...)
球季前還特別打電話給聯盟要求不要把他的名字放在明星賽選票上
