[問題] Subside 寄錯球衣的處理 ?
最近跟朋友一起在Subside買球衣,結果這次實在很誇張,沒有退稅還寄錯一件球衣,
已經發信反應,對方是說要將球衣寄回退換,只是不知寄回去的郵資怎麼算?
如版上有類似處理經驗的版友請提供點建議,謝謝!

Apologies for this oversight, please return the item(s) to the address
on your sales receipt within 28 days of receiving them by recorded
mail ( which will be refunded as long as it is not sent by special
delivery) with all packaging and tags. Also could you please enclose a
cover note so we can deal with your refund/exchange swiftly. Sorry for
any inconvenience caused.
You will need to return this before we can sanction
any return as we will need to see the order visibly
to action any refund or return policy feel free re order
the item again if you wish on our website.
