[問題] Subside 寄錯球衣的處理 ?

最近跟朋友一起在Subside買球衣,結果這次實在很誇張,沒有退稅還寄錯一件球衣, 已經發信反應,對方是說要將球衣寄回退換,只是不知寄回去的郵資怎麼算? 如版上有類似處理經驗的版友請提供點建議,謝謝! 附上與Subside反應的回信: 有些不太了解,麻煩大家幫忙看看~ Apologies for this oversight, please return the item(s) to the address on your sales receipt within 28 days of receiving them by recorded mail ( which will be refunded as long as it is not sent by special delivery) with all packaging and tags.
