[討論] 什麼動作可以鍛鍊到下腹肌呢
最近靠游泳在鍛鍊腹肌,目前都是仰蝶腰每天至少100m,上腹肌是很明顯了,但是下腹肌
都還是脂肪,請問有沒有什麼動作可以鍛鍊到呢?
