[討論] 每日三千如何調配練習內容?
小弟目前在減肥,(體重98公斤)
之前原本是跑半小時後游1500公尺捷泳。
兩個禮拜前發現可以1小時游完3000公尺,就改成每天3000公尺捷泳。
目前有試過以下的方式:
500 500 1500 500
500 1500 500 500
1500 500 1000
3000
都可游完。
目前1500 28分14秒
3000 58分14秒
都25公尺泳池。
週一至週五都可游1小時,
24會加重訓。
想問練習內容怎麼配比較可以提升心肺及減脂?
