[問題] 為了比賽改顆粒
小弟雙平面實力約1800多
平常打球只為健康流汗
勝負看很輕
最近我們公司開始出去打比賽
我約排全隊四或五名 負責打雙打
勝率有超過五成 但不滿意
打法方面
但因為比賽張力 我雙打比賽基本上反手起板幾乎等於零
加上我以前打過長顆三個月
所以在想 要不要為了年度賽事而改練長顆
或者賽前練長顆
想請問有沒有人或朋友有經驗分享一下
長顆對雙打賽事有多少幫助?(對手也約1800~1900)
還有 自己打打法會不會錯亂?
