簡義: 發球方 "合法" 發球, 球觸網(含網柱), 進了或搶板 => 重發
重點來了, 什麼算搶板
2.05.08 A player obstructs the ball if he, or anything
he wears or carries, touches it in play when it is
above or travelling towards the playing surface,
not having touched his court since last being struck
by his opponent.
其實我很好奇, 規則寫得明明白白的, 為什麼可以有一堆推文
討論起道理來
是不是搶板不看球 "是否可能會進", 看 "球在檯面上方" 或
"球朝向檯面行進"
