Fiorentina striker Giampaolo Pazzini scored the winning goal after he came on
as a substitute against Lazio to allow his side to win the three points in
the 30th matchday of Serie A.
Pazzini expressed his joy after his performance and goal during the match
against the Biancocelesti, which ended in a 1-0 win for the Viola.
「I'm very happy,」 explained the Fiorentina attacker. 「I'm happy to have
scored an important goal.
「My role is that of being always ready,」 he continued. 「This time I was
asked to sit on the bench, where I was waiting to go on the pitch and hit the
ball. I managed and I'm satisfied.」
The former Atalanta striker had a special dedication to make for this goal.
「I want to take advantage of this nice moment to dedicate the goal to my
grandmother Miranda, who is not going through a good spell. Let's hope that
this joy helps her,」 concluded Pazzini.
