AC Milan are ready to cash in on striker Alberto Gilardino.
Gazzetta dello Sport says talks will be held today with Fiorentina over a
move to Florence for the Italy international.
Milan will also consider selling Marco Borriello to Fiorentina if they can
secure Genoa's 50 per cent of the striker's registration
