Mutu has been heavily linked with the German-outift recently, and only a few days ago there were reports in Bild that that the Romanian is already in negotiations and is keen on the move. However the 29-year-old has denied this speculation, and says that he is the dark about any possible talks with Schalke. "I do not know anything directly about negotiations with the Germans of Schalke,」 he stated. 「I hope that I can stay with my club."
