Football Italia last night reported that the Polish international was on his way to Florence after a fee believed to be around ￡2.5m was agreed with the Scottish outfit. A note on the Italian club’s website has confirmed those stories, although there is no mention of how much the shot-stopper has cost them. The 30-year-old old is expected to sign a two-year contract at the Stadio Franchi and will act as an understudy to Sebastien Frey.
