Andrew Thomas Gallo, 23, was also convicted of two felony counts of driving under the influence and causing great bodily injury and one felony count of hit-and-run for the April 9, 2009, collision. His sentencing had been scheduled for Friday before Superior Court Judge Richard Toohey, but defense attorney Jacqueline Goodman asked for a delay, which Toohey granted on Monday.
